The Itinerary
Day 1 – Welcome to the Mountains
Arrive in the beautiful Alpine town of Gstaad and transfer to your hotel, your home for the next four nights.
Take the afternoon to settle in, enjoy the mountain surroundings and ease into the slower rhythm of Alpine life.
In the evening, we'll come together for a welcome dinner in a cosy mountain restaurant. An opportunity to meet the group, enjoy a memorable first evening and toast to the experiences ahead.
Day 2 – A Day on the Slopes
Begin the day with expert-led ski lessons, suitable for different experience levels. Whether you're stepping onto skis for the first time or looking to refine your technique, there's an opportunity to build confidence on the mountain.
After lunch, enjoy more time on the slopes at your own pace before swapping skis for a different kind of adventure.
The afternoon brings a tobogganing experience along snowy Alpine trails, offering a fun and exhilarating way to explore the winter landscape.
Return to the hotel for a relaxed evening after a full day outdoors.
Day 3 – Saturday, 10 OctoberAnother Day, Another Alpine Adventure
Today brings another opportunity to enjoy Gstaad's spectacular ski landscape.
Spend the morning and early afternoon exploring the slopes, taking in the mountain views and making the most of your time in the snow.
Later, trade the ski lifts for a husky-drawn sled and experience the mountains from a different perspective. Glide through the winter scenery alongside a team of energetic huskies for an experience that is as memorable as it is unique.
We'll round off the day with a traditional Swiss dinner, sharing stories over fondue and other mountain favourites.
Day 4 – Sunday, 11 OctoberVillage Charm & Alpine Relaxation
Today takes us away from the slopes and into the heart of Gstaad.
Enjoy a guided exploration of the village, known for its traditional chalet architecture, elegant boutiques, artisan shops and inviting cafés.
The afternoon is yours to enjoy with optional activities. Perhaps a soothing massage, some time at the hotel spa or simply an afternoon relaxing by the fire with views of the surrounding mountains.
For your final evening, enjoy the freedom to explore the village further or settle in for a relaxed evening at the hotel.
Day 5 –Wellness & Relaxation
Enjoy a final group breakfast before checking out and departing Gstaad.
You'll leave with memories of mountain adventures, cosy Alpine evenings and new connections made along the way.

Your four-night stay will be at a modern Alpine hotel in the heart of the Swiss mountains, combining contemporary comfort with the warmth of a traditional winter retreat.
Wake up to beautiful mountain views before heading out for the day's adventures. After time on the slopes, return to an inviting spa with an indoor pool, sauna and steam baths, or enjoy a little time in the fitness centre.
Evenings bring the pleasure of good food and relaxed surroundings, with restaurants serving everything from traditional Swiss specialities and fondue to international cuisine. There's also a cosy bar and lounge, perfect for winding down over a drink by the fire.
